How do I join?
It’s simple and straightforward to become a plan member. If you prefer to apply in person and talk to a member of staff face-to-face, come visit our practice and we can assist you. Alternatively, you can send us an email or use our handy contact form below to apply online.
Once the membership is processed, you can book your next appointment and start benefitting straight away. Your membership lasts for 12 months, and the benefits can be enjoyed right up until your renewal date. All payments are taken via Direct Debit, making them simple to keep track of.
