Meet the Team

Will graduated with honours from Kings College London, undertaking training at the prestigious Guys hospital where he was awarded the Tom Pitt-Ford prize in Endodontics. Following on from this, he gained his postgraduate certificate in primary dental care.

Will likes to take time getting to know his patients, to fully understand their dental needs and focuses on preventative and minimally-invasive dentistry. He is particularly keen on non-invasive cosmetic techniques. Will is also an Invisalign provider, helping to straighten and whiten teeth through a simple sequence of clear aligners.

Monika qualified as a dentist from Poznan in Poland in 2011 and moved to the UK in 2015.

Since then she has been practising dentisty in London and the South East with a special interest in orthodontics.

Monika holds a PhD in temporomandibular joint disorders, has completed a diploma in clear aligner therapy in 2021 and is currently enrolled in MSc in clinical orthodontics at the Ulster University with the world renown Parmjit Singh.

Monika loves helping her patients to improve their smiles and re-gain their confidence.

Christie qualified in 2015 from the university of Essex. During this time she worked within the private sector, NHS and community dental clinics which provided her with valuable experience to draw on.

Christie is passionate about her role and aims to tailor her advice and treatment to the needs and wishes of each individual.

Christie has proved to very popular with our patients, working here on Fridays.

Megan qualified with the National diploma in dental nursing in 2010.

Megan has gained a great deal of experience in her 13 Years as a dental nurse, including nursing with specialists for Periodontist, Prosthodontist, Implants and Oral Surgery.

Megan prides herself on being proficient and commited to providing a superior and professional approach, helping her patients through their journey.

James qualified from Cardiff University and has spent the past 6 years working in private practice in Kent gaining experience in Restorative Dentistry before managing his own practice in Surrey for several years.

James is well known in the practices he has worked at for his gentle and caring approach. James has a well established reputation in Camberley Dental Clinic which he previosuly owned and is looking forward spending his future at this practice.

James undertakes all aspects of general dentistry, with an interest in minimally invasive treatment. He is committed to helping his patients achieve whatever dental concerns that may have and maintain their dental health.

Outside of dentistry, James has a keen interest in racket sports and spends his free time on the badminton and tennis courts. He loves anything outdoors and has racked up many miles on his trusted bike

Jane joined our Team in 2018 and has played such an important part in helping keep our patient's gums in good health. A highly skilled hygienist, she has a passion for maintaining your mouth and teeth in tip-top condition in a kind and sensitive manner which our clients appreciate. In fact she has many patients who have followed her to Spring Shaw Dental from miles away.

Samantha started her career as a dental nurse on leaving school at 16, in 2005 she qualified as a dental nurse and gained her NEBDN qualification, she then went on to gain her Radiography and CBCT level 1 qualifications.

After many years as a dental nurse Samantha went on to complete her NVQ and Diploma in management and Leadership, She has been managing dental practices full time for the last 8 years.

Samantha has a passion for dental Implants and works closely with Dr Van DeVenter to provide the best patient journey and care to anyone undergoing this treatment.

In the future Samantha hopes to complete a degree in Management and Leadership.

Outside of work Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

Michaela joined the team in 2021 as a trainee dental nurse, after working hard she completed her NEBDN qualification as a dental nurse in July 2023.

Michaela is always smiling and a welcoming face to patients at Spring Shaw.

We are extremely honoured to welcome Rob into our team here are SpringShaw.

Rob brings with him many years of experience covering almost all areas of general dentistry but also including the more advanced treatment available today such as Veneers, Bridges and Crowns.

He believes in our ethos of care, gentleness and fairness for all patients. We know you will be very comfortable seeing Rob for an appointment.

Prior to emigrating to the United Kingdom in 2002 from Canada, Dayna trained and worked in the dental profession for 10 years. Upon moving to London, she chose to retrain within the British dental community for additional qualifications and was accepted at the Guys, Kings & St Thomas Dental Institute where she completed her British qualification for Dental Hygiene and Therapy in March 2008. She has subsequently been fully employed working from a selection of dental practices in Surrey and Kent and we are so pleased that she has agreed to join our team here at Spring Shaw Dental.

With many years of training and experience, she certainly has the ability to communicate and relate with people well and is already a big hit with our patients as she manages to provide a thorough dental hygiene appointment with a very gentle and sensitive approach.

Sara Joined Spring Shaw Dental in 2016.

Sara is dedicated to the care of our patients whilst, at the same time, supporting the Dentists here with close, 'four-handed' dentistry techniques which help keep you safe and comfortable whilst you are having your teeth looked after.

Sara is our Head dental nurse, providing her expertise in dentisty and her caring nature to train up new trainees stepping in to dentistry.

While she loves dentisty as a whole and works closly with the whole team, she also has a special interest in Dental Implants and nurses alongside Dr Van DeVenter.

Sara is an invaluable and helpful member of our Team.

She is probably going to be one of the first faces you will see when you arrive and will help register you into Spring Shaw Dental with the minimum of fuss and the maximum care and attention.
