We set up the Dental Service at Spring Shaw Dental over 5 years ago now. We are happy to say that the focus of the practice from the day we took ownership has always been that of high quality, modern dental treatment and prevention of dental disease.
We are a small friendly team and believe that this is definitely the most positive aspect of our practice. Research shows patients like to see the same faces when they attend for their appointments. It builds trust and confidence as time goes by thus reducing anxiety. All members of staff at Spring Shaw Dental are seen as equals, but each with their different roles. We hope you find us approachable when you need to speak to us and, rest assured, there will always be someone in the practice who can answer your questions.
We take feedback and complaints seriously and always try to improve our services by listening carefully with a sympathetic ear to what you have to say. Please approach any member of staff if you have suggestions or need to make a complaint of any kind.
These days, telling people that we provide excellent, every-day general dentistry doesn't seem very exciting in this world of White Bright Smiles and 'Makeovers' - but we understand that for some people just crossing the threshold of a Dental Surgery is a major step. To progress to the chair and have a simple treatment, such as a filling, would be a real achievement.
In our practice we pride ourselves on ensuring that our patients are taken care of right at the start of their journey. Whether you are confident or verging on the phobic you will treated with respect in a caring and gentle environment.
We will not try and persuade you to have high end, expensive treatment; instead you will be given the time to consider the options and choices available without pressure.
Fortunately, Chris is also highly experienced in the more advanced areas of dentistry and, apart from very specialist services, can carry out most treatments here within the practice.
And, just to let you know, the COVID-19 situation changes daily. New information is always being released and the Government guidance for Dentistry is no different. It is constantly being updated to reflect the latest situation to ensure people are kept safe and well. We will actively update this message accordingly.LDS RCS (Eng.)-GDC No: 55409
